What is Atomy?
What is Atomy?
Atomy is a network marketing company and international distributor of premium health, beauty, and household products – most of which are retailed exclusively through Atomy. The company’s goal is to make high-quality products available to working-class people like you and I.
Why network marketing?
Over the years, most of us have participated in some kind of network marketing scheme, or at least have had friends or family who have. And if you’re anything like me, it’s probably left you with a bad taste in your mouth about the whole business model. It always involves trying to sell overpriced, niche products to your friends and loved ones until you’ve alianated all of them and you are as broke as ever.
So why does Atomy use this model?
The answer is that the business model (with a few tweaks) isn’t the problem, but rather how it has always been used. So, let’s look at why the traditional pitfalls of of network marketing, and how Atomy does things differently to avoid those problems.
Problems with traditional network marketing
- Product prices don’t correspond to product value – what does that mean? It means that you could a similar or better quality product somewhere else for cheaper.
- Niche Products – products that are great for very, very small percentage of people, but don’t have much value to the average Joe over a comparable (and much cheaper) product.
- Strained Relationships – selling people overpriced things they neither need nor want will considerably strain relationships with your friends and family. People will buy some things out of pity, but eventually they’ll just stop talking to you.
- Membership fees & mandatory orders – many networking marketing company charge membership fees and require you to order a certain minimum amount every month. I don’t think I need to explain why that is problematic.
How Atomy does Network Marketing
- Product prices that DO correspond to product value – Atomy calls this «absolute price for absolute quality» and it means that you will not find a product of comparable quality for a better price anywhere else.
- Products everyone uses – Atomy sells a range of products from makeup to vitamins to laundry detergent. Chances are everyone you know would like at least one or two of the produts Atomy offers and would gladly use them on a regular basis. You just need to find what that person needs!
- No strained relationships from pushy marketing – Because Atomy has something for everyone, you don’t need to be pushy and alianate your friends and family. Just let them try things, make suggestions if you know of a problem that could help someone, and if they like it, sign them up or place an order for them.
- No membership fees or mandatory orders – Atomy does not have any fees, hidden or otherwise. If you just want to buy products for yourself you can do that. If you want to sell to everyone you know and then some, and make a career of it, you can do that too.
- No middle man – rather than the traditional business model of Manufacturer -> Retailer -> Client, Atomy uses a Manufacturer -> Existing client -> New client model. Unlike retailers, existing members cannot add any markup to the products they sell by the official Atomy policy. These members ARE however still compensated for doing the work of the retailer.
- A return on your spending – all Atomy products have a certain point value (pv) associated with them, and anytime you or someone registered through you buys anything this pv accumulates and can help you offset some of the cost of products or even turn into serious income.
Atomy Products
What kind of products does Atomy sell?
Atomy sells mainly health and beauty products, but also some household and food items.
Visit the Atomy mall to see everything Atomy has to offer.
(Please note that before you can see any prices or place an order, you need to be registered by an existing Atomy member. You can do this by filling out this form. You will then be sent an ID and password which you can use to log in to the online shopping mall.
Product availability may vary from country to country, with Korea having the largest selection of products. If a certain product is not available in your region, you can always order through another country’s website – it will just cost a little extra for shipping.)
How can I buy Atomy products?
There are three ways you can get Atomy products:
1) Get registered and order directly through the Atomy website. (best way)
2) Get a friend who is a registered Atomy member to order the products for you.
3) Order products through a third-party retailer such as Amazon. (Note: you can expect anywhere from 50-100% markup if you go this route)
Where do Atomy products come from?
The actual products Atomy sells are produced primarily by three South Korean companies: Kolmar Korea, Kaeri (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute), and Kolmar BNH – whose products are retailed exclusively through Atomy.

Binary Marketing Structure
When you are registered as an Atomy member you are registered under an existing Atomy member – know also as your sponsor. Likewise, once you start to work, others will be registered under you. However, what is unique to Atomy is that ONLY TWO people can be registered directly under you – one on the right and one on the left. Each of these members can now register two new members under them and so on and so forth.
What you end up with is two branches of people that are registered below you, a left branch and a right branch.
The left branch is your sponsor branch – this means your sponsor (and their sponsors) will register new members on this branch.
The right branch is your personal branch – only you and other people you’ve already registered will add new members to this branch.
PV (point value) System
If you’ve already registered with Atomy and taken a look at the online Mall you’ve probably noticed that every product has a point value (pv). There are several different areas where you can earn these points and they influence your commission in different ways. So, lets take a closer look at those.
Personal PV
How do I get personal PV?
Your personal PV are points you earn when you use your own login ID to make a purchase
How does it affect my commission?
Personal PV is needed in part to move up the ranks. For example, when you first start out you are just a member, once you earn 300,000 personal PV you become an ‘Agent’. There are more ranks after that, but we’ll get into that more later. The higher your rank, the higher your share when you close a commission.
Group PV (left and right)
How do I get group PV?
Group PV are the points accumulated by your two branches. Each branch has their own PV count. When anyone from your right branch places an order they add PV to your Right Group PV, and when anyone from the left side places an order they add to the Left Group PV.
How does it affect my commission?
In order to receive ANY commission BOTH group pv’s have to reach a certain point value. The first level is at 300,000 PV.
For example, let’s say your left branch has accumulated 600,000 PV and your right branch has 280,000 PV – you will NOT receive a commission yet. However, once your right group PV reaches 300,000, you will receive a commission and BOTH right and left group PV will be reset to 0 PV.
So, having a lot of PV on just one side will not help you, any extra points you have there will just burn up when the other side reaches 300,000. Generally speaking your sponsor branch will be stronger, because other senior member are constantly adding more members to this branch. In order to close commissions you need to work hard to register people to your right branch so that your right group PV will accumulate at the same rate as the left.
Share System
So, the big question remains – how much money will I make on each commission?
And the answer is: It depends!
Atomy uses a Share System. This means, rather than getting a certain flat fee for a commission, you will receive a share of the companies overall profit. Let’s look at a simple example so it’s a little easier to understand.
Let’s say the overall profit of the company was $100. The company has 5 members – one with 3 shares, one with 5, one another with 7, one with 15, and one with 20. So the total number of shares comes to 50. To get the the dollar value of one share, we simply divide the total profit by the total shares. So, in our example each share would be worth 2 dollars. So then each member would receive the share value multiplied by their number of shares (ie. $2 x 15 shares = $30 commission).
In real life, all these numbers are calculated once each day. The profit for the day will be counted up, and then the shares for everyone who closed a commission that day will be added up and each member will receive a commission based on the value of each share and how many shares they have. Generally speaking the share value each day is around 4 dollars a share.
Closing Thoughts
So, that’s the gist of it! I won’t discuss the various ranks or the master bonuses here, but if you are interested in earning with Atomy, there are a lot of resources that discuss the compensation system and earning strategies in greater detail. If you think you might be interested in earning money with Atomy, I would encourage you to look at those resources and get a good grasp of how the marketing system works.
One last thing I would mention is: work with your team! That is your sponsors and everyone registered below you. Sponsors are interested in your success! When you register more people to your branch, it benefits your sponsors as well! So, if they see that you are putting in a lot of work – researching the products, participating in meetings, talking to potential clients, etc…they will want to help you. They can do this by placing orders using your ID, or the the ID of one of your recruits, basically giving you free PV to help you close a commission or perhaps reach the next rank. This can make a huge difference, especially when you’re just getting started!
